Learning Muay Thai from the source
Most Muay Thai advice online is written by people who have never trained in Thailand. We are based here, we buy gear direct from the Thai brands, and we train with the people who use it. That is the whole reason this library exists.
Start with the gear guides
If you are new, the confusing part is usually equipment. Which glove weight, what shorts actually fit, why Thai sizing runs so small. Our size charts cover the measurements, and the guides here explain what you actually need rather than what sells best. Beginners generally need hand wraps first, then gloves, then proper Thai shorts.
Then the technique and culture
Muay Thai is not one style. Muay Femur, Muay Khao, Muay Mat and the rest each reward different bodies and temperaments, and understanding which suits you changes how you train. Our fighter profiles look at how the greats built their game, and what you can take from it into your own sessions.
Gear made your way
Once you know what you like, you can have it made. Our custom fightwear service produces embroidered, sublimated and traditional satin shorts in Thailand, with no minimum order.
