Sublimated shorts are printed into lightweight polyester, allowing unlimited colours and artwork that will not crack or peel. Satin shorts are the traditional Thai option, heavier with the classic stadium drape.

From first idea to gear in your hands, here is exactly what happens and roughly how long each stage takes.

Design

Use the online shorts generator, or send us a sketch, a photo or a logo file. Rough ideas are fine, we work them up for you.

Approve

We send a visual mock-up for you to check. Change colours, placement or lettering as many times as you need before anything is cut.

Production

Your order goes into production in Thailand with the same tailors who make shorts for Thai gyms. Typically two to four weeks.

Delivery

Shipped worldwide with tracking. We tell you the moment it leaves us and keep you updated until it arrives.

How long do custom Muay Thai shorts take to make?

Production usually takes two to four weeks from the moment you approve the mock-up, plus shipping time from Thailand. Larger team orders can take longer. If you have a fight date or an event deadline, tell us up front and we will confirm whether we can hit it before you pay.

Is there a minimum order for custom shorts?

No minimum on custom Muay Thai shorts. You can order a single pair. Some team apparel and bulk items do carry minimums, and we will tell you clearly before you commit.

What is the difference between embroidered, sublimated and satin shorts?

Embroidery is stitched thread applied to an existing pair of Thai brand shorts. It is hard-wearing, has a raised texture, and suits logos and lettering rather than complex full-colour artwork.

Sublimated shorts are printed into a lightweight polyester fabric, so you can use unlimited colours, gradients and photographic artwork. The print will not crack or peel because it is part of the fabric.

Satin shorts are the traditional Thai option, heavier with the classic stadium drape and sheen. Most Thai fighters wear satin.

What artwork do you need from me?

A vector file such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF gives the cleanest result. A high resolution PNG usually works too. If all you have is a photo of your gym logo on a wall, send it anyway and we will redraw it.

How do I know what size to order?

Thai sizing runs noticeably smaller than European and American sizing, so check our Muay Thai shorts size chart before ordering rather than assuming your usual size. If you are between sizes or ordering for a whole team, message us with heights and waist measurements and we will tell you exactly what to order.

Do you ship custom orders worldwide?

Yes. We ship from Thailand to the UK, Europe, the United States, Australia and everywhere else. You get tracking as soon as the parcel leaves us. Check our shipping and tax page for current delivery times and duty information for your country.

Can I order matching gear for my whole gym?

That is most of what we do. Shorts, t-shirts, singlets and hand wraps can all be produced in the same colourway with the same branding. For larger gyms, ask about our wholesale pricing.
