Order Tracking

Track your order.

Your parcel ships from Thailand and is handed to your own national postal service when it lands. Enter your tracking number below and we will send you straight to them, since they have the most accurate delivery information once the parcel is in your country.

Where's my parcel?

Enter your tracking number, pick your country, and we will open your local postal tracking with the number already copied.

It's in your shipping confirmation email.

Not the country you ordered from — where it's being delivered.

What happens after you order

Knowing where your parcel is in this sequence usually answers the question before you need to contact anyone.

Days 1–3

We pack and dispatch

Your order is packed and handed to the carrier, who collects in the evening Thai time.

Next day

Tracking goes live

The first scan happens after collection. Until then your number will show nothing, which is normal.

Days 3–10

International transit

Tracking often goes quiet here. Parcels are not scanned at every stage while they cross borders.

Days 7–14

Your local post

Once it lands, your national postal service takes over and their tracking becomes the accurate one.

Tracking questions

My tracking number isn't working yet

Give it 24 to 48 hours after dispatch. The number is generated when we create the label, but nothing shows until the carrier does the first physical scan after collection. If it's still blank after two days, get in touch.

Tracking hasn't updated in days. Is it lost?

Almost certainly not. Parcels are scanned at handover points, not continuously, so a gap of several days during international transit is completely normal. Customs clearance in particular can sit without a scan for a while.

The most common pattern is silence for a week, then several updates at once as it enters your country.

Why send me to my own postal service?

Because once the parcel is in your country, they have information nobody else does — delivery attempts, local depot status, redelivery options. Third-party trackers just mirror the same data with a delay.

What does "In Transit" actually mean?

It's moving through the carrier network. That's all it tells you. It covers everything from sitting in a Bangkok sorting facility to being on a plane to waiting for customs, so it isn't a sign of a problem.

I've had no shipping email at all

Check spam and junk first, since shipping notifications land there more often than anything else. If it's genuinely not arrived and it's been more than three business days since you ordered, message us with your order number and we'll resend it.

My parcel is being held for customs charges

Because we ship from Thailand, duties and import VAT are payable by you in your own country. Your postal service will contact you with what's owed and how to pay. Full detail on our shipping and customs page.

Still can't find it?

Send us your order number and we'll chase it from our end. We'd rather look into it than have you wondering.
