How much is the trade discount?
Approved accounts get 20% off retail prices across the whole store. Just sign in and the trade prices show automatically.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, trade orders have a minimum of £1,000 before shipping. You can mix and match any products to reach it.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout, the same way as a normal order.
How long does delivery take?
Trade orders are sourced directly from our suppliers in Thailand, so allow a few extra days for us to gather your order. Once dispatched, delivery takes 7–14 days.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Any import duties or local taxes are paid by the buyer on delivery.
