Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped from Thailand.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs unless otherwise stated at checkout.

European Union & United Kingdom Orders

Kick Punch Elbow ships to customers throughout the European Union and the United Kingdom from Thailand.

Customers located in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom may be required to pay VAT, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other government-imposed charges upon importation.

These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, the customer is responsible for ensuring that products purchased can legally be imported into their destination country.

Kick Punch Elbow is not responsible for products delayed, refused, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities due to local laws, restrictions, or import regulations.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Custom-made or personalised products.
Sale, clearance, or discounted items.
Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
Gift cards and digital products.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or charges associated with returning an item.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Kick Punch Elbow cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of any replacement or exchanged item.
Exchanges will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Where free shipping was offered, the actual shipping cost incurred by Kick Punch Elbow may be deducted from any refund for change-of-mind returns, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Any non-refundable payment processing fees, transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or similar charges incurred by Kick Punch Elbow may be deducted from refunds where permitted by applicable law.
Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and similar charges are non-refundable.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, storage fees, or carrier charges incurred may be deducted from any refund.
If free shipping was provided, the actual shipping cost incurred by Kick Punch Elbow may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.
