At Kick Punch Elbow, we strive to provide reliable and timely delivery for all orders. Please review the following terms to understand our delivery process and timeframes.

Delivery Timeframes

• Domestic Deliveries: Orders shipped within the country are typically delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• International Deliveries: Orders shipped internationally generally arrive within 7-14 business days from dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local postal services.

Dispatch and Tracking

• Orders are processed and dispatched promptly, with confirmation and tracking details sent via email.
• Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping service used for your location.

Customs and Import Duties

• International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Delays caused by customs processes are beyond our control and may extend delivery timeframes.

Delays and Exceptions

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as peak seasons, public holidays, or disruptions in transit services.

CUSTOM FEES

As of July 1, 2021, the European Union (EU), including the United Kingdom, will remove the Value Added Tax (VAT) exemption for low-value imported goods (i.e., all goods with a value of up to €22*). Please note that Taxes, Duties, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Thailand), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If a product is seized or destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.

Returns Policy

At Kick Punch Elbow, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, please review the policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as intimate wear, custom-made products, or sale/clearance items may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at kickpunchelbow@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
