How should they fit?
The waistband should sit on your hips without digging in, and the leg should be wide and open so nothing catches when you kick or knee. If you have to think about your shorts mid-round, they're too tight.
Between sizes and unsure? Most fighters prefer to size up. A slightly roomier pair moves better than a snug one.
